  5. All participants are required to complete the registration form. Registration is only considered valid once payment has been made. Confirmation will be issued upon successful registration and payment.
  6. Payment Policy
  7. Full payment must be made at the time of registration to secure participation in the excursion. Payment details and deadlines will be provided upon registration.
  8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  9. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizer.
    Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation period and administrative considerations.
    No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  10. Schedule & Itinerary
  11. The excursion schedule, including departure and return times, will be shared prior to the trip. Participants are required to adhere strictly to the schedule.

  14. Transportation & Safety
  15. Transportation to and from Sabang will be arranged by the organizer. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the trip, including ferry or boat regulations.

  17. Participants are responsible for carrying valid identification (ID card or passport) during the excursion.
  18. Health & Personal Responsibility
  19. Participants are responsible for their own health condition and must ensure they are fit to travel. Any medical conditions should be communicated in advance.

  26. Accomodation Policy
  27. Participants are required to stay at accommodations recommended by the organizer. This policy is implemented to ensure smooth coordination of transportation during the program. The organizer cannot guarantee transportation services for participants staying outside the designated accommodations.
