Eligibility for Discounted Rates
a) Students, IAI & PAM members
Students, IAI members, and PAM members must upload a valid supporting document
(student ID card,
membership card, or official membership certificate) indicating the validity
of
their status as of
April 2026 during registration to verify eligibility for the
discounted rate.
The organiser adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, and in
the event of submission of
fraudulent documents, the registration shall be cancelled and all fees paid shall be
forfeited.
b) Lead Authors attending in person with more than one accepted
paper
Lead Authors who have more than one accepted paper and are attending the conference
in person will be
entitled to a 50% reduction on the registration fee for each
consecutive paper, provided that
the same person presents all accepted papers. This subsidy is granted by the
Organising Committee in
support of the conference objectives.
In the event of non-attendance, the subsidy shall be revoked and publication of the
affected paper(s)
will be withheld until the outstanding balance has been fully settled. For papers
with multiple authors
(consisting of Lead Author and Co-Authors), additional authors attending in person
will still be required
to pay the full registration fee.
-

Paper presenters and authors are solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary
permissions,

The organiser adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism, fraud, and
copyright infringement.
In such cases, the registration shall be cancelled, fees paid shall be forfeited,
and publication of the
corresponding paper shall be withdrawn or cancelled.
